This couple are very special to me not only they are such an awesome clients, they are also one of my closest friends. I’ve known them when my family moved to Stockton in 2001 and have been friends with them since. It was the Groom, Emmanuel aka Noel, that introduced me to editing videos. I saw a video he edited for a high school project when we were both seniors. That gave me an idea for me to try it out, so he let me borrow his Sony camcorder. Ever since then I’ve gotten to love doing movies. We even did a short “Star Wars” film with lightsabers, although I can’t find the original tape to upload on youtube, here’s the trailer we made: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jy-xp-KcD9E, mind you this was circa 2002, I didn’t know anything about movie making and the rules involving it. The star wars film we did sparked an inspiration for me to pursuit a degree in the art and entertainment industry. :) But I never expected I would be filming and photographing couples in their special wedding days. Joe, on the other hand, my videos got him to do the same thing. And now we’re both floating on the same boat. haha! :)

Every couple has their own unique story on how their relationship started, wether it be a business meeting at a coffee shop, a jogging accident at the park, or a blind date set by your friends. With Liz and Jeff, their relationship began at an Oakland A’s game with a simple argument over which is the best sunflower seed brand. Enjoy this story about sunflower seeds and smelling the ocean (make sure you wait for a bit after end of the video)
