August 4, 2010

This is probably one of those days where things could go wrong unexpectedly, especially if we’re talking about the weather, but in the end it turned out to be one of the most rewarding photoshoot. Central Valley weather was looking fair from what the forecast was saying. That same day I left to attend a surprise b-day party for a friend in the Bay Area. After leaving the party (to go meet with the couple), as I was driving along the freeway towards Stockton, I notice huge formation of dark clouds. Not looking good! What was even more unfortunate was our shooting location (the Lathrop bridges), was bombarded with rain, and not the other cities nearby. It had to be that particular place! So I called Brian and told them the situation and we decided to shoot downtown Stockton. I offered to the couple, after our shoot ended, if we could shoot where the bridges are the next day. Good thing they had no plans, and they were more than happy to do it, so in the end, we were all satisfied. Mona came along for the second day of the shoot, then we had dinner at our favorite Japanese restaurant, Mikasa. Enjoy the post. :)

11 years that this couple have been together, and now they are finally tying the knot on September. Awesome! =)
