I was stoked when friend Oly Ruiz messaged me that we will be covering, LJ Moreno’s, a filipina actress, and Jimmy Alapag’s, a PBA all-star basketball player, wedding in Laguna Beach, CA. What was even way cooler is when he mentioned Jason Magbanua, a world-class wedding videographer (and idol), was also going to be there to cover the couple’s wedding video. I actually picked him up from the LAX Airport and that was our first meeting together–I was very excited and a little bit nervous. I apologized for the long overdue blog post of this wedding, It was intended to be posted (including behind-the-scenes) right at the same time Oly posted his, but I didn’t have a computer and the software accessible to me while I stayed in LA. Oh yeah, Today is Oct. 12–It’s my Birthday! Happy Birthday to me! =)

Rob and Anne, This is one of those couples who struggled, endured, and conquered a relationship by distance apart. I too have friends who, even to this day after their marriages, are separated by land and sea, but their hearts still bound together as one from what we all call “Love.” Robinson, the Groom, is an Air Force officer, living his military career in the Alaskan State. Roxanne, the Bride, is a former co-host of a Tech TV Show in the Philippines called Convergence of Net-25. The reception was held in a beautiful and elegant Hotel & Casino called Tachi. Everyone who happened to stay in the Hotel were in awe, including me, because this place is literally in the middle of nowhere in Lemoore, CA.
